Throughout his career, Jim has held senior leadership roles across sales, regional management, and national technology development. His work has consistently focused on advancing the industry through innovation, strategic vision, and practical execution, earning him a reputation as a trusted and influential voice within the title and settlement space.
Jim currently owns a title company based in Reno, Nevada, as well as TurningPoint Software, a nationally recognized developer of estimated closing cost calculators used by leading title underwriters across the country. Most recently, he co-founded EquityProtect, the nation’s leading title and deed fraud protection platform, which received national recognition and awards from Inman and HousingWire for its innovation and impact on consumer protection.
He has been married to a top producing escrow officer for 20 years, giving him a deep understanding of escrow operations and further strengthening his ability to lead with insight, empathy, and real world perspective.
