Throughout her career, she has successfully guided thousands of residential, commercial, refinance, builder, construction, and developer transactions from contract to closing with a commitment to exceptional service, attention to detail, and regulatory compliance.
Maria’s expertise spans every aspect of the escrow process, including title review, document preparation, funding, recording, disbursement, and post-closing administration. She works closely with buyers, sellers, lenders, Realtors®, builders, attorneys, and other industry professionals to ensure every transaction is handled efficiently while protecting the interests of all parties involved.
A respected leader in the industry, Maria previously founded and served as President and CEO of First Lender’s Title, Inc., where she successfully led a team of up to 25 employees while overseeing operations, business development, compliance, and customer service. She is passionate about mentoring escrow professionals, improving operational processes, and building lasting relationships that generate trust and long-term success.
Maria’s dedication to excellence has earned her numerous professional accomplishments, including receiving the Stewart Title Insurance Company Agent of the Year Award for outstanding performance and customer service. She is also an active Washington Notary Public and brings more than 15 years of experience as a Washington State Certified Spanish Medical Interpreter, allowing her to serve both English- and Spanish-speaking clients with professionalism, cultural understanding, and clear communication.
Known for her integrity, responsiveness, and solution-oriented approach, Maria is committed to making every closing as seamless as possible while helping clients feel informed and confident throughout the process. Outside of the office, Maria enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, listening to music, attending concerts, traveling, and camping.
