Ali Steen is a Marketing Representative with more than five years of experience in real estate operations, transaction coordination, listing management, and marketing. Known for her attention to detail and client-first approach, Ali brings a strong understanding of the contract-to-close process along with a passion for creating accurate, timely, and effective marketing materials that drive engagement.
In her role, Ali focuses on developing high-quality, on-brand marketing assets and campaigns that support client outreach, strengthen online engagement, and contribute to business growth. Her strengths include cross-functional communication, compliance accuracy, operational organization, and exceptional client service, always approaching challenges with a “how can we?” mindset.

Ali earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Concordia University in Portland and is a former collegiate softball player who still loves the game. Outside of work, you can find her playing slowpitch softball, spending time with family at Lake Chelan, or hanging out with her dog, Louie.
